A skyscraper is a continuously habitable high-rise building that has over 40 floors and is taller than approximately 150 m (492 feet). The feature of skyscrapers is, a steel framework from which curtain walls are suspended, rather than load- bearing walls of conventional construction. This project has special feature like, it can reduce the wind load for its proper arrangement of angular curves. It is resistant to earthquake( due to increasing span of slab area from the top till the ground ), the intermediate hanging structures, serve as pathways and connect the units together, thus, making it more stable. The footing covers the entire base, the from the top, going downwards, the area of floors keep on increasing, till the maximum carpet area at Ground level. This type of design is very aesthetic in nature and viewer attracting project. This model serves as analysis of how a high rise building responds to the corresponding seismic wave or horizontal disturbance.<\/p>\n
